OPAC: Find media here

The library catalogue OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) allows a targeted search for books, e-books, journals and more in the entire collection of the University Library Magdeburg. You can easily see if an item is available, where you can find it in the library or if you can access it online.

In addition to searching by author, year of publication, title, etc., you can also perform a thematic search using keywords. Search operators like AND, OR, NOT can be used to narrow down or expand the results. It is important to avoid typos because otherwise, no results may be displayed.

You can access our electronic resources via the OPAC. The OPAC can also show you, where you can find physical media, under which subject area and shelf mark it can be located and if it is available or on loan.
