Conference Room
The conference room is located in the foyer (ground floor) opposite the cafeteria. This is where events of the University Library and the University take place. Please contact us if you want to plan an event in the conference room: bibliothek@ovgu.de
The conference room is equipped with a projector and an HDMI cable to connect your laptop. A computer with Windows 10 is also available. If required, you can borrow a mouse, keyboard and ClickShare USB button from our service counter on the first floor for the duration of the event.
If required and requested in good time, we will be happy to provide you with an additional monitor and camera.
Please note that the University Library usually provides the room and the hardware. If you require personal support for the use of the conference room, this is possible in the form of a short introduction, depending on available staff capacity and lead time.
