Report Your Publication
Electronic Procedure for Reporting Publications (EMP)
To report your publication for inclusion in the university bibliography, please use the web pages of the research portal of Saxony-Anhalt (Forschungsportal - German only).
After logging in, please ensure that the publication has not already been reported (see 'Publikationen' /'EMP-Meldungen').
Then fill in all the fields provided for the respective publication type in the forms provided under '+Aktion wählen'/'EMP-Meldungen einreichen' or provide a DOI identifier for automatic provisioning of all information.
In exceptional cases you can use this German form to report your publication.
You will receive a receipt, which also means that your report will be forwarded to the University Library. After successful processing you will receive the complete title record for inspection.
The submission of publication lists or the submission of internet addresses alone is not sufficient for a correct processing and can, therefore, not be accepted.
